It is for the information of B.Tech.(CSE & IT) 2023 passed batch students that Tech Mahindra, Noida (https://www.techmahindra.com) virtual on campus placement process will be held in June 2024(tentative).

 

Regarding Company:- Tech Mahindra is an Indian multinational information technology services and consulting company. Part of the Mahindra Group, the company is headquartered in Pune and has its registered office in Mumbai. Tech Mahindra has over 146,000 employees across 90 countries.

 

All eligible students shall note the following:-

All the eligible students are advisedto be in College Uniform and carry a college ID card, 02 copies of updated resume along with 04 passport size photographs(both ears visible on a light background), any govt. photo ID proof, DMCs /Certificates from 10th onwards (all in soft & hard copy) along with them.

Job Description:

As an Associate software engineer, you’ll be working in a team and on diverse projects. To be successful in this role, you must possess strong analytical, problem solving and technical skills. You must be able to communicate clearly and confidently with the clients. You must be flexible enough and ready to work in Agile environment on any type of projects including shifts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously learn and improve skills as per the business need
  • Deliver the assigned project tasks in a given time frame.
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver tasks
  • Analyse given requirement carefully and devise solution
  • Handle L1/L2/L3 support
  • Handle customer calls and responses
  • Contribute to technical design document if need be

  • Carry out tasks with attention to detail and with highest standard
  • Attend/conduct meetings/workshops
  • Contribute to organization initiatives

 

Required Skill Set:

  • An awareness of current issues affecting the IT industry and its technologies
  • Logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving
  • Meticulous and organized approach to work
  • Java, .Net, Automation Testing, AI, Python, Networking
  • Oracle, MS, CISCO Certifications will be preferred

 

Academic Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidate should have completed the eligible course in 2023 without any backlog and should have Consolidated marksheet or Provisional Degree Certificate issued at the time of offer.
  • There should not be a gap of more than one year after completing SSC and before joining the graduate/post-graduate course. Also, there should not be a loss of academic year after joining a course.

Note – Rounding up of marks to 70% to become eligible for the registration is NOT valid.

 

Selection Process:

Candidates will have to undergo the tests below, each acting as a filter for the next stage of the selection process.

  • Aptitude Test, English Essay/Story.
  • Technical & Psychometric Test
  • Verbal Communication Test
  • Technical Interview
  • HR Interview

 

The first 3 rounds will be conducted in online Mode and Technical followed by HR Interview will be done in Face 2 Face mode at the nearest Tech M Office. We will keep you posted accordingly.

 

Joining Location and Work Timings:

  • Positions are open for Tech Mahindra offices across locations.
  • Candidates should be flexible to work on different projects at any of the Tech Mahindra Development Center or Client Locations spread across the country according to company work hours.
  • Candidate should be open to work in different shifts

 

Bond and compensation:

Upon Selection

  • Candidate will be on probation for 6 months
  • Candidate will be eligible for CTC of INR 3.25 L /Annum
  • Candidate will have to sign an indemnity bond for INR 1 L for a mandatory service period of 2 years from date of joining the company.

 

 Note: During probation, the candidate may undergo unit specific classroom training / on-the-job-training / shadowing / all as per the business requirement.
