The Department of Personality Development recently held two transformative Faculty Development Programs, both led by Dr. Jaya Malhotra, Head of Personality Development.On February 3, 2024, 22 non-teaching staff members attended a session on "Email Etiquettes," gaining valuable insights into professional email communication.Following this, on February 17, 2024, another session on "Corporate Etiquettes & Protocols" was conducted, also attended by 22 non-teaching staff members.

The Swaraj Book Club (SBC) of Personality Development (PD) Department at Seth Jai Parkash Mukand Lal Institute of Engineering and Technology (JMIT), Radaur organized a Quiz titled “Being Mukandian” in honor of the International Family Day. The quiz was founded on the book “KALP VRIKSH” written by Dr. Ramesh Kumar Ji, who happens to be an eminent writer besides being a dynamic administrator on 17.5.2022.

Club Activity

The TUNIC Club of Personality Department organized the event named "Pro-Fashional Fiesta" on 29. 4.2022. The inter-College activity was held to promote professional dressing, grooming etiquette, and appropriate body language among the students’ fraternity of Mukand. This event included a corporate ramp walk by the students carrying professional attire followed by a question-answer round. The event was judged by a panel of 03 high-profile Corporate judges. We are glad to share that the event invoked the participation of 88 students including representations from TIMT, JMIETI, and MLN college.
