Steps to fill the online grievance redressal form.

Step 1: Login on the ERP portal through ERP Login link given below:
https://www.tcsion.com/SelfServices/
Step 2: After login with your ERP login id; Click on the link New Ticket provided in Help Desk.
Step 3: Fill the form with required details & select the problem category as Grievances & Select Problem Item as General Grievances and provide your grievance in detail & save.
