BYJU’S, BENGALURU, VIRTUAL ON-CAMPUS PLACEMENT DRIVE

 

It is for the information of B.Tech. (all branches) 2021, 2022 & 2023 batch students that BYJU’s, Bengaluru (www.byjus.com), virtual on-campus placement process will be held in the 1st week of March 2023 (tentative).

 

Regarding Company:-  BYJU’S is the world’s most valuable Ed-tech company and the creator of India’s most loved School learning app which offers highly adaptive, engaging and effective learning programs For students in classes 1-12(K-12) and competitive exams like JEE, NEET, CAT and IAS. BYJU’S - The Learning App, the flagship product for classes 4-12 was launched in 2015. Today, the app has over 35 million registered students and 2.4millionannual paid subscriptions. With an average time of 71 minutes being spent by a student on the app everyday from1700+cities, the app is creating a whole new way of learning through visual lessons. It is encouraging students to become self-initiated learners.

  9. Offered Package Rs. 7.50 LPA CTC (4.5 Lacs fixed and 3 Lacs variable bonus)
  10. Joining March/July 2023 (tentative)

  12. All eligible students are expectedto be available with formal attire, 02 copies of updated resume along with four passport size photographs (both ears visible on a light background), any govt. photo ID proof, DMCs / Certificates from 10th onwards (all in soft & hard copy) along with them.

Preferred Skill Sets:
Have a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.
Interested in mentoring and guiding students.
Having a flair for sales
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

Eligibility criteria;

  1. Maximum age of 28 years
  2. Proficiency in Regional and English language.  
  3. A laptop and an internet connection are required for the two weeks of training.  
  4. Weekly Off - Monday

 

DOJ: 7th Mar 2023 (Graduated 2021 - 2022) 

Batch  B Tech - 2023 - will be discussed.  

 

Interview Process:-

  1. Round 1 – Initial Screening of the candidate for basic requirements
  2. Post Shortlisting from Round -1, Candidates need to attend Webinar from Byju’s to understand more about the JD of the work in Byjus.
  3. Post Webinar, Candidates need to create a Powerpoint Presentation(topics will be given at the time of Webinar), 2 min video presentation about self and understanding about Buju’s
  4. Final Round - Post the scrutiny of Presentation’s, video interviews will be conducted by a senior recruiter. Post which the selection of the candidate happens.

 

Training:

All candidates who are chosen for an interview will go through the two-stage Byju’s Applicant Training Program (ATP).

Stage – 1:- One-week Classroom Training (CRT)

Stage – 2:- One- Week On-Job Training (OJT)



In each of the two ATP phases, you will be judged and graded separately. In order to advance to the OJT stage, a trainee must successfully pass the evaluation at the CRT stage.

 

Note: Training will take place at a center allocated during the time of On-boarding for two weeks. During CRT/OJT, you must have a laptop and a reliable Internet (wifi/dongle).

  

Compensation:-

STIPEND (ATP): INR 8,000 (stipend) fixed pay for the entire training program (2 weeks).  

Please note that the compensation would be adjusted on a pro-rata basis based on the number of days the candidate is active in the program.
