Boys hostel allotment- 2026-27

NOTICE

 

This is for the information of all concerned students that Boys  Hostel Allotment for the session 2026-27 will be initiated w.e.f. 20.07.2026.

 

Following are the hostel charges:-

  1. Mess Charges

Rs. 3000/- +  GST as applicable

Minimum 10 months mess charges are compulsory to pay by each hostel resident.

 

  1. Please note the following:-
  2. i) Hostel allotment will be on first -cum-first served basis.   
  3. ii) The allotment in Jagat Bhawan 1stfloor is reserved for 1styear students only (Room No. 201- 240)

iii) Hostel allotment will be for one complete session.

  1. iv) The mess charges are required to be paid in advance to the mess contractor before 5thof every month
  2. v)   Hostelcharges will be paid in advance in one installment only.
  3. vi)  No change of roomwill be allowed during the session

       vii) The room will be issued to a student after payment of full hostel fee only.

 

  1. The students who want to apply for the hostelcan meet/contact the concerned hostel warden/Attendant.

  1. Process for hostel allotment:-
  • Download the Student Portal by OkieDokieapp from the Google Play Store.
  • Log in to the app using your registered mobile number.
  • On the app’s landing page,go to the Campus Services section and click on WEB TABS.
  • Click on Hostel Registration Form.
  • Fill in the required details:

o    Hostel Name / Wing Name

o    Room Type / Category

o    Room Number

o    Bed Number

  • After entering all the required information, click on the Request Allocationbutton to save your details and submit your hostel allocation request.
  • After apply on online portal the students are required to meet the concerned hostel warden/attendant  with hostel fee receipt.

   The detail for online payment of fee is as under:-

 

  1. i) Visit institute website: jmit.ac.in

Go to the menu “Useful Links” & click on the link “Other Links”.

Click on the “Online Fee Payment”

Enter your roll number & click on the “Proceed button”

Click on the button “Proceed to Checkout” to proceed for the online fee payment.

Select the required mode of payment (Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/UPI) & proceed for the payment
